Rifle Team is made up of cadets who already shoot well and those who would like to shoot well. The rifle team represents Summerville High School in rifle competitions that are conducted locally, statewide, and nationally.

Practice: Tuesday and Thursday 3:15 - 5:00

Orienteering Team is made up of cadets who are interested in the art of land navigation. Cadets represent Summerville High School Locally, regionally and nationally in Orienteering Meets.

Practice: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 3:15 - 4:30

Drill team is made up of cadets who are particularaly interested in sharpness and precision developed by close order drill and manual of Arms. The team represents Summerville High School in various Parades, Ceremonies and Competitions through-out the state with other NJROTC units.

Practice: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3:15 - 5:00pm

PT Team is our newest team. Its specialty is competing against other units in physical events including runs, sit-ups, and/or push ups. Cadets represent Summerville High School locally, regionally and Nationally at P.T. Meets.

Practice: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:15 - 4:15

Color Guard is made up of members of the unit, whom represent the Summerville High School in many ceremonies, parades, sporting events and competitions with other NJROTC units through-out the state.
